CYDAYA Biotech (formerly AmbiGen) concluded Autoimmunity 2026 in Prague this week (14–17 May 🇨🇿). Thanks to everyone who visited us. Here's a summary of our contributions to the autoimmune diagnostics community at this conference.
🧬 Application-engineered dsDNA for anti-dsDNA testing
We showcased our engineered dsDNA antigen series — including single-biotin, multi-biotin, linear-closed, and biotin-free formats — all with high stability and consistent batch quality, each designed for specific immunoassay platforms.
🔬 New LETIA bulk reagent for anti-CCP testing
Expanding on our widely adopted biotinylated CCP (Cat# ABCCP-001) used across CLIA / ELISA applications, we are excited to introduce our latest raw material: Cat# ABCCP-710. This carrier-protein-conjugated CCP is engineered for Latex-Enhanced Turbidimetric Immunoassay (LETIA) and is now available in bulk reagent (LETIA method) format for clinical chemistry analyzers. We believe this greatly broadens rheumatoid arthritis testing options.
